Terms And Condition

1. The first party has to bring samples for laboratory test.
2. If the Laboratory test found positive,then our concern will make a movement after mutual discussion with the First Party.
3. First Party has to shown readiness to do the Movement of the material. 4. The second party shall provide all the necessary equipments for testing. 5. The appraiser will test the material without any hassees (Free Hand). 6. The checking would be done A qualified Appraiser/Tester justifying himself with identity card which would satisfy the First Party
4. The checking would be done in almost a span of an hour or more depending upon the present situation and subsequently the due process shall be initiated.
5. Once the material is found to be authentic according to the required standard by the Second Party,It would be taken into join custody for 24 hrs at the very same spot.
6. The article will be finally packed by the concerned person very next day of joint custody.
   10.A token amount (As per Discussed with the party) shall be paid in desired at the appointed places by the first party within 4 to 5 hrs. and final token amount will be paid very next day after 24hrs. IN KOLKATA. 11.After packing the material .The material owner along with the article shall be taken into joint custody and the same shall be moved to mutually decided place. Where it shall remain for a maximum time of 15 to 24 banking working days.
